Technical due diligence is a critical part of many business transactions such as investments, acquisitions or launching of joint ventures. Gaining an informed view of the technical assets, capabilities and risks of any potential partner is often challenging and we are here to help.

Kycor brings to bear expertise from both sides of the due diligence experience, helping technical teams prepare to be assessed in a way that ensures a complete and accurate representation of the company is
given. This preparation can take multiple forms such as coaching the team, helping them structure their assets and running mock interviews amongst other techniques,  all to ensure they give their best in the real assessment.

For performance of a technical due diligence we will work with you to highlight the key areas of concern and tailor the assessment to delve into these areas in particular. We can do remote, in-person or blended examinations and can offer approaches that can include pre-interview questionnaires.
